# Cutalo

> Cutalo is a Windows desktop app that turns long videos into short, vertical, ready-to-post clips. It uses AI to find the best moments, auto-reframes to 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9, removes silence and burns in captions. You bring your own AI API key, so videos are never uploaded to a cloud editor.

- AI providers supported: DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter, Groq. The user supplies their own API key.
- Privacy: cutting, transcription and rendering run on the user's computer. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud editor.
- Pricing: Free trial (up to 2 clips per video, 720p with watermark); Pro at $4.99/month or $39/year; Lifetime at $79 one-time (up to 3 machines).
